ClickMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if ClickMe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ClickMe makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
